15u & YOUNGER
Sunday, October 28: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Sunday, November 4: 6:30pm-9:00pm
(Attendance on both dates is encouraged, but not required.)

16u & OLDER
Monday, November 5: 6:30pm-9:00pm
Sunday, November 11: 6:30pm-9:00pm
(Attendance on both dates is encouraged, but not required.)

* Birth date cut-off dates for 2007-08 season
12s - born on or after Sept 1, 1995
13s - born on or after Sept 1, 1994
14s - born on or after Sept 1, 1993
15s - born on or after Sept 1, 1992
16s - born on or after Sept 1, 1991
17s - born on or after Sept 1, 1990
18s - born on or after Sept 1, 1989 or still in high school

All tryouts will be held at Beyond the Baseline (formerly Marycrest International University gym) at 1540 West 12th St. in Davenport, Iowa.

Players must register on-line with the Iowa Volleyball Region before attending a tryout. This is an insurance requirement. Go to www.iavbreg.org and click Registration. Follow the instructions there. This cost is $38 and goes directly to the Iowa Volleyball Region (and also pays
for your membership for the entire season). If you have troubles registering on the Iowa Region website please contact the Iowa Region.

Tryout Fee: $20 by October 25. Registration after October 25 or at the door is $30.

After registering on the Iowa Volleyball Region website, send copies of the Confirmation Page and Medical History sheet and a check payable to Platform Elite Volleyball to:
